The AI-era hidden liability

Enterprises are now shipping AI-generated code at a scale and speed no review process was built to absorb, and much of it is written by non-experts. It presents as new functionality while quietly introducing exposure that no one has accounted for.

The new code passes the demo and ships on schedule, yet underneath it has introduced security and privacy vulnerabilities that no one priced in: an unvalidated input in one place, an over-broad data flow in another, a logged secret, a consent step that fires a beat too late.     HiveSilo never receives, stores or has the ability to decrypt personal data, and no copy of it ever exists in our systems, a guarantee enforced by architecture rather than by policy. Form PII travels directly from your website into your own enclave and never passes through HiveSilo at all.

  2. We score non-PII signals, then seal the result

    First-party, non-PII signals are scored in real time to surface genuine buyer intent, and what leaves that process is a sealed result rather than raw data. The intelligence layer works from the signal alone and never sees the identity behind it.

  3. The result lands in a confidential enclave only you control

    That sealed result is delivered into your own per-tenant confidential VM, a hardware-based trusted execution environment (TEE) that HiveSilo cannot see into. CRM updates and advertising dispatch then run inside that enclave, using your own keys, so no system outside your control, and no vendor you have not authorized, takes custody of your clients.

  4. You verify the enclave without having to trust us

    The enclave is reproducibly built and hardware-attested, so you can independently confirm exactly what is running before any data flows. Trust is replaced with proof.
